There are 75 parking spaces directly in front of the gymnasium. Further parking areas are available in the closer surroundings.

How to get to the Herderhalle:

By car:

Via the A13:
Follow the highway in the direction of Dresden to “Dreieck Dresden Nord”. Change to the A4 in the direction of Chemnitz. Change to A17 at “Dreieck Dresden West” in the direction of Prague.

Via the A4:
Follow the highway to the “Dreieck Dresden West”. Change to A17 in the direction of Prague.

From A17:
Follow the highway until you reach the exit “Pirna”. Drive along the B172a into the direction of Pirna7Bad Schandau. Follow the B172a for about 5km and cross the “Sachsenbrücke”. Directly after the Elbe, you leave the B172a at the exit “Pirna-Copitz / Pirna-Pratzschwitz” and go left onto the Pratzschwitzer Straße. After about 1,2km you turn left again. Drive along the Rudolf-Renner-Straße for about 750m and go left directly afer “ALDI” to reach the event location.

By train:

You reach Dresden main station with various connections. From there take the S-Bahn (S1 or S2) in the direction of Pirna. For more detailed information, visit Deutschen Bahn website.
